Commercial Design, Furnishings, & Decor

Located inside a historic building in the heart of Sioux Falls, we designed the Principle Properties office to honor the building's existing character. Original brick, hardwood floors, and beautiful ceilings became the backdrop for a space that feels masculine, timeless, and collected. Rich leathers and classic furnishings complement the building's history while creating a warm, polished office that feels distinctly Principle Properties.
